Project overview

This project focuses on building data processing solutions that integrate machine learning capabilities, retrieval augmented generation components and cloud based services. The work includes creating ETL pipelines, implementing serverless microservices and supporting an AI enabled data platform.

Team

You will work alongside data engineers, ML specialists, cloud engineers and software developers. The team collaborates in a distributed setup with an emphasis on clarity, shared ownership and iterative delivery.

Position overview

We are looking for a Data Software Engineer with a strong focus on machine learning related engineering. You will design ETL pipelines, build serverless components, integrate AI enabled capabilities and contribute to knowledge graph and vector based solutions.

Standard Working Hours: Standard India Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST). This schedule is required to ensure a 3-hour overlap with AEST (for ANZ syncs) and a 5-hour overlap with GMT (for UK syncs)

ETL pipelines, Azure infrastructure, Python, serverless microservices, vector databases, knowledge graphs, RAG architecture, Azure AI Services, LLM prompt engineering, SQL, NoSQL

Responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain ETL pipelines for data processing
  • Develop cloud based components within Azure infrastructure
  • Build serverless microservices to support ML and data workflows
  • Work with vector databases and knowledge graphs
  • Implement elements of RAG architecture for ML driven functionality
  • Use Azure AI Services in data and ML development tasks
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques for large language models
  • Develop Python based services and automation scripts
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across regions and time zones
  • Support SQL and NoSQL data processing
  • Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvements across the platform

Requirements

  • Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines
  • Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with Python in data and service development
  • Experience with serverless microservices
  • Experience with vector databases and knowledge graphs
  • Experience with RAG architecture
  • Experience using Azure AI Services
  • Experience with LLM prompt engineering
  • Ability to work with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • English proficiency for cross regional collaboration
  • Experience working at a Strong Middle or Senior level
  • Ability to work within the India time zone schedule
