Position overview

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to design and build a custom business application using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse as the core platform (not standalone Power Platform development).

This role requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Dataverse schema architecture, business logic implementation, and system integrations. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop a custom application using Dynamics 365 with Dataverse as the data backbone
Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows
Implement business logic using C# Plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate
Develop and manage integrations with external systems via Dataverse APIs, Azure services, and REST endpoints
Configure security roles, data access models, and governance policies
Optimize performance and ensure scalability of the solution
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
Provide technical documentation and support user enablement when required

Requirements

Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture and schema design
Experience building model-driven apps within Dynamics 365
Proficiency in C# (Plugins), JavaScript, and Power Automate
Experience integrating with Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connectors
Understanding of security models and data governance in Dynamics 365
Ability to work independently and manage delivery timelines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

Experience working in financial services or regulated environments
Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps
Experience with DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments
