Our client is a large international company operating in the technology sector.

Position overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Solution Consultant with strong expertise in ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and finance processes. This role bridges business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to design scalable, efficient solutions that drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate understands ERP ecosystems, online commerce integrations, and financial workflows, and can translate business requirements into practical system solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops to gather and analyze business requirements
Design end-to-end solutions leveraging ERP systems integrated with e-commerce platforms
Map core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) into system architecture
Define functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during implementation
Ensure alignment between finance, operations, supply chain, and e-commerce workflows
Provide ERP configuration guidance and best practice recommendations
Support integrations between ERP and external systems (payment gateways, WMS, CRM, BI tools)
Participate in UAT, user training, and post-go-live support
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant / Functional Consultant / Business Analyst in ERP implementations
Hands-on experience with at least one modern ERP system; NetSuite experience is highly preferred
Deep hands-on expertise in finance operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and sales receipts
Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, tax, multi-entity structures)
Experience collaborating closely with finance teams to understand and translate operational workflows into system solutions
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, custom platforms)
Understanding of integrations (APIs, middleware, data flows)
Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
