Project overview

You will support a cloud based integration platform that connects internal services and external vendors using modern API practices and Azure resources. The project focuses on clear specification analysis, integration flow design, and alignment between engineering, architecture, and vendor teams.

Position overview

You will work as a technical business analyst focusing on API integration, cloud native design, and cross team collaboration in an Azure based environment. You will analyse technical specifications, define functional and non functional requirements, and support distributed engineering teams as they implement integration patterns across services.

This role follows standard India office hours and includes at least one hour of overlap with the United States Pacific time zone for coordinated sessions.

Technology stack

REST APIs, OpenAPI, Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

  • Analyse API specifications including REST and OpenAPI definitions
  • Translate technical designs into clear functional and non functional requirements
  • Work with engineering and vendor teams to clarify integration behaviours and data flows
  • Support API design reviews and ensure alignment with Azure based integration patterns
  • Collaborate with distributed teams and document requirements with clarity and structure
  • Contribute to process documentation related to API governance and integration workflows
  • Support conversations around CI and CD practices used by engineering teams

Requirements

  • Experience working as a technical business analyst in cloud based environments
  • Experience analysing API specifications and supporting API integration work
  • Familiarity with Azure services used in integration scenarios
  • Experience translating technical designs into structured requirements
  • Experience collaborating with distributed engineering groups and external vendors
  • Good spoken English
