Client

Our client is a leading global travel agency network specializing in luxury and experiential journeys. They are evolving their Analytics & Reporting capabilities to enable clear, actionable insights that support informed decision-making across products, programs, and leadership through a scalable and efficient analytics foundation.

Position overview

We are seeking a BI Developer to design and deliver business‑critical dashboards for internal teams and external partners. This role focuses on building clear, reliable, and high‑performance Tableau dashboards powered by Snowflake data, supporting Account Managers and partner‑facing use cases.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Tableau Cloud dashboards and workbooks
Develop Account Manager dashboards and partner‑facing reporting interfaces
Translate business requirements into KPIs, metrics, and visualizations
Write and optimize SQL queries against Snowflake to support reporting needs
Partner with Data Architects and Data Engineers to ensure data correctness and usability
Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and reliability
Support business stakeholders in interpreting and using dashboards effectively

Requirements

Snowflake: querying analytical datasets that power Tableau dashboards
SQL: strong analytical querying skills
Understanding of KPIs, metrics, and semantic consistency in reporting
Familiarity with Snowflake performance considerations for BI workloads
Experience building dashboards for sales, account management, or partner audiences
Exposure to analytics environments with external or partner‑facing reporting

Nice to have

Experience working directly with business and commercial stakeholders
Familiarity with Snowflake performance considerations for BI workloads

Tableau Cloud: dashboard development, filters, parameters, calculated fields
