Position overview

As a Tableau Dashboard Developer, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless payments by designing, developing, and optimizing interactive dashboards and data marts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective data solutions, ensuring scalable and user-friendly visualizations. Your expertise in Tableau, SQL, and cloud data platforms such as Google BigQuery will drive data-driven decision-making and innovation across the organization.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop Tableau dashboards from scratch: from creating data sources to user acceptance.
Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability.
Conduct demo sessions and presentations for stakeholders.
Design and build data marts using SQL and Google BigQuery.
Translate business stories into clear, actionable requirements for the database development team.
Collect, clarify, refine, and formalize user stories and requirements.
Work effectively in environments with incomplete or evolving requirements.
Adapt dashboard functionality to real user needs, considering business specifics.
Create dashboard prototypes and visual mockups.
Perform data discovery and data analysis to support decision-making.
Collaborate closely with various departments: business owners, product managers and owners, developers, and support teams.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Tableau: end-to-end dashboard development, performance optimization, and advanced visualization techniques.
Experience working with financial data.
Excellent SQL skills and experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture principles.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
Experience with data discovery and data validation techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: ability to conduct demos, gather feedback, and adjust solutions.
Proactivity and adaptability when working with incomplete or evolving requirements.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
Attention to detail, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
