You will join a cross functional DevOps and cloud engineering team working closely with multiple Scrum teams, platform engineers, and security specialists. The team follows modern DevOps practices, collaborates across departments, and supports parallel initiatives that deliver core digital services for end users.

Position overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support internal development tools and digital development initiatives while working closely with multiple Scrum teams delivering critical mobile and web banking channels. You will focus on building, operating, and optimizing secure Azure based infrastructure, CI CD pipelines, and Kubernetes platforms that enable reliable and secure deployment of publicly facing applications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Scrum teams, platform, and security departments to design, build, and maintain CI CD pipelines supporting continuous delivery
Guide and support development teams in adopting cloud native, container based, and DevOps best practices across multiple projects
Build, operate, and optimize secure Azure based infrastructure supporting production workloads
Manage and support Kubernetes based platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, and governance
Ensure effective monitoring, alerting, and overall system health across production environments
Support secure delivery of publicly facing web and mobile applications through automated pipelines
Contribute to proof of concepts and continuous improvements by exploring new technologies and approaches
Act as a proactive team member working across multiple teams and stakeholders with clear and effective communication

Requirements

Strong experience designing, operating, and supporting cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
Hands on experience with CI CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Experience with container technologies including Docker, container registries, and Kubernetes orchestration platforms
Experience using Helm for Kubernetes application deployment
Experience deploying secure web and mobile applications through automated delivery pipelines
Basic programming or scripting experience with Python, Go, Bash, and Git
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, Ansible, or CloudFormation
Experience with package and dependency management tools such as npm, Maven, Gradle, or Swift Package Manager
Experience supporting internal development and DevOps platforms such as repository managers, Kubernetes management tools, and security or quality scanning solutions
Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with mobile SDLC and mobile application distribution consoles
Experience with security and code quality scanning tools such as Nexus, JFrog, Aqua Security, SonarQube, or similar platforms
Experience with Kubernetes cluster management platforms such as Rancher
Experience supporting AI enabled workloads or platforms
Experience working in regulated or high availability environments
