Project overview

This project focuses on building and maintaining a modern cloud infrastructure that supports scalable applications and continuous delivery practices. The work involves enhancing automation, improving system resilience, and strengthening security across environments.

Team

You will work in a collaborative environment with DevOps engineers, software developers, and platform specialists. The team follows an Agile approach with shared responsibility for infrastructure, deployments, and production support.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong AWS and infrastructure as code experience who can support the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable cloud environments. You will help improve delivery processes, ensure platform reliability, and contribute to automation and operational excellence across the system landscape.

AWS, VPC, ECS, Fargate, S3, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Linux, Git, Bash, Python, Chef, Windows

Responsibilities

Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services
Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
Develop and optimize CI CD pipelines to improve delivery efficiency
Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker
Write and maintain scripts for automation and operational tasks
Manage version control and collaborate using Git
Support Linux based environments and troubleshoot system issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve platform performance and reliability
Contribute to production support and participate in on call activities
Research and propose new tools and technologies to enhance the platform

Requirements

Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices
Hands on experience with AWS services including VPC, ECS or Fargate, and S3
Experience building and maintaining CI CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins
Practical experience with containerization using Docker
Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages
Experience working with Git and version control systems
Solid experience working in Linux environments

Nice to have

Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Chef
Exposure to Windows based environments
Experience improving security posture in cloud environments
Experience working with production systems and on call rotations
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
