Project overview

You will be involved in a large scale, multi stream delivery initiative within a product focused environment. The program includes multiple interdependent workstreams, high visibility outcomes, and a complex delivery landscape with both internal and external dependencies.

Team

You will collaborate with cross functional delivery teams that typically include product leaders, engineering managers, architects, PMO specialists, and commercial stakeholders. Teams operate in a product led model with frequent alignment sessions, planning reviews, and structured governance forums.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who will take responsibility for the execution, governance, and predictability of a complex multi stream delivery program. You will coordinate delivery across interdependent initiatives, manage portfolio level risks, and ensure that engineering execution aligns with product direction set by the Digital Product Lead.

You will provide hands on leadership across planning, reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining visibility into delivery risks, program health, and commercial expectations. This role includes the authority to intervene and guide corrective actions whenever delivery, quality, or commercial outcomes require attention.

Responsibilities

Take accountability for overall program health across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
Lead portfolio level PMO activities including governance, planning, reporting, financial tracking, and escalation processes
Identify, assess, and drive mitigation for systemic risks and cross stream dependencies
Coordinate execution alignment with evolving product strategies and release plans
Facilitate trade offs between product domains and delivery constraints
Lead executive level communication forums and maintain alignment with commercial expectations
Support the integrity of contractual commitments including MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs
Ensure predictable delivery through structured planning and transparent reporting
Intervene when delivery outcomes or program stability are at risk

Requirements

More than 10 years of experience in enterprise software delivery
More than 5 years managing complex, interdependent, multi stream programs
Experience establishing and running PMO functions
Practical experience in portfolio level risk and dependency management
Background stabilizing high risk or delayed programs
Experience working in product focused organizations
Experience engaging executive stakeholders and navigating commercial frameworks

Nice to have

Background in travel or hospitality technology including PSS, NDC, Loyalty, PMS, CRS, high availability systems, or multi vendor delivery ecosystems
Experience with data informed PMO practices including forecasting, risk signal analysis, and structured reporting
Experience applying AI assisted approaches within governance or delivery processes
