Our client is a leading US-based company providing environmental services such as customized waste and recycling programs, and innovative sustainability solutions.

Position overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior IT Project Manager preferably with a strong background in the .NET ecosystem to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

Manage project delivery, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support backlog management activities
Track project progress, priorities, and delivery status
Identify risks and propose mitigation actions
Ensure transparency, high-quality delivery, and client satisfaction
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting
Support estimation, planning, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

10 to 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in project management
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban)
Hands-on experience with project planning, tracking, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working with distributed multicultural teams and international clients
Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
Client-oriented mindset with experience in expectation management and conflict resolution
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Upper-Intermediate or higher spoken and written English

Nice to have

Technical background
Experience in pre-sales and proposal preparation
Experience managing multiple projects and tracking implementation progress
Experience identifying project risks and pitfalls and recommending mitigation strategies
