Our client is a global hospitality organization with a strong focus on digital transformation across its Sales and Marketing platforms.

Project overview

The project focuses on evolving an existing Salesforce ecosystem that supports Sales and Marketing processes and integrates with multiple legacy systems. The work emphasizes enhancement, stability, and incremental improvements rather than greenfield development.

Team

You will be part of a cross functional Salesforce team including developers, administrators, and solution leads. The team works collaboratively in an Agile setup, with regular planning, reviews, and close interaction with business stakeholders.

Position overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to support the evolution and modernization of a Salesforce based Sales and Marketing platform. You will work on enhancing existing implementations, developing new features, and maintaining integrations with external systems in a complex, real world environment. This role focuses on structured development, reliability, and close collaboration with senior specialists.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components
Implement business requirements within existing Salesforce implementations
Follow established development standards and platform best practices
Understand existing codebases and system behavior before introducing changes
Contribute to performance improvements and small scale refactoring initiatives
Maintain and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Work with APIs and data flows under guidance from senior team members
Ensure correctness and consistency of data exchanges
Perform unit testing and support quality assurance activities
Participate in debugging, issue analysis, and resolution
Collaborate closely with senior developers, administrators, and other team members
Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, daily stand ups, and reviews
Communicate progress, risks, and blockers in a clear and structured way

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
Hands on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
Experience with Salesforce platform customization and configuration
Basic understanding of Sales Cloud and or Marketing Cloud
Experience working with existing codebases and maintaining live systems
Familiarity with REST and SOAP based integrations
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Strong attention to detail and structured approach to development
Spanish language proficiency
English at intermediate to professional working level

Nice to have

Experience integrating Salesforce with Delphi or Amadeus systems
Background in hospitality or travel industry projects
Exposure to Salesforce optimization or refactoring initiatives
