Project overview
Position overview
This position requires availability aligned with the EST time zone, or at least a 4-hour overlap with EST working hours (until 1 pm EST in the EU and APAC regions).

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows across core cloud implementations
- Develop and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using APIs and middleware solutions
- Implement and support CI CD pipelines, manage environment promotion across development, QA, UAT, and production
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and contribute to maintaining coding standards and documentation quality
- Support data migration, data modeling, and ETL processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve system performance and reliability
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC and Salesforce Flows
- Experience in wealth management or investment/asset management domain
- Solid experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and best practices
- Experience with CI/CD, SFDX, and release management
- Working knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques
- Experience working in agile environments and delivering solutions within sprint cycles
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience integrating Salesforce with portfolio/accounting platforms (e.g. Addepar)
