Our client is a global hospitality organization with a strong focus on digital transformation across its Sales and Marketing platforms.

Project overview

The project focuses on the evolution of an established Salesforce ecosystem that supports Sales and Marketing processes and integrates with multiple external systems. The initiative emphasizes refactoring, scalability, performance optimization, and improved integration patterns while preserving critical business functionality.

Team

You will be part of a cross functional Salesforce team that includes senior and mid level developers, Salesforce administrators, architects, QA specialists, and business stakeholders. The team collaborates closely in an Agile delivery model, with shared ownership of solution quality and continuous improvement.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to contribute to the evolution and modernization of a Salesforce based Sales and Marketing platform. You will work on improving existing implementations, refactoring legacy solutions, and strengthening integrations in a complex enterprise environment. This role focuses on analytical thinking, technical leadership, and delivering sustainable improvements rather than greenfield development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform APIs
Refactor existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability
Analyze current system behavior and business flows to understand legacy logic and constraints
Identify technical debt and propose structured improvement initiatives
Support the evolution of Sales and Marketing processes through technical enhancements
Maintain and improve integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Ensure reliable, consistent, and traceable data exchange across integrations
Collaborate with architects, administrators, and other developers on solution design
Provide technical guidance and support to mid level developers
Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared development standards
Work with functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate technical solutions

Requirements

5 to 8 or more years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong hands on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
Experience developing on the Salesforce platform in enterprise environments
Experience with Sales Cloud and or Marketing Cloud
Experience working with existing or legacy Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform architecture
Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST or SOAP APIs
Experience working in complex, integration heavy environments
Experience working in Agile delivery models
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Spanish language proficiency
English at professional working level

Nice to have

Experience integrating Salesforce with external hospitality or booking systems
Background in hospitality or travel industry projects
Experience with Salesforce optimization or large scale refactoring initiatives
