DataArt is a global software engineering firm. With over 20 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.

DataArt's Finance practice provides services and solutions for enterprise clients. Most projects are Cloud migration, innovations, processes automation and re-engineering. The successful candidate will lead delivery for several projects, ensure that best practices are used to the best interest of clients, working on team setup and guidance, supervising project managers, executive reporting, aligning with legal and compliance standards.

Our team is growing, so we are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Junior Delivery Manager for DataArt's Finance practice. The candidate will play a key role in the customer relationship and in ensuring the quality of the development processes.

Responsibilities

Managing a software development team and mentoring the team and striving for excellence in project delivery
Enabling communications and information exchange with other teams
Preparation and review of the release and environment strategy
Facilitating the preparation of release and sprint vision and goals
Facilitating pre and post planning meetings
Creation and maintenance of release calendars and iterative planning cycles
Providing project status visibility to the team and stakeholders at various levels
Help team members build and adjust their professional development plans
Work on constant process improvements to achieve higher satisfaction for the team and greater value to the client

Requirements

5+ years of successful project management experience
Experience in managing all stages of the project life cycle
Experience with building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ability to identify and promote new opportunities within an account
Experience with mentoring and leading other project managers
Experience in pre-sales and proposal preparation
Experience with teams of over 30 people
Knowledge and ability to customize development processes
Confidence in communicating and working with people
Advanced level or higher in spoken and written English

Knowledge of Agile Frameworks
Experience managing a group of projects and tracking the status of implementation
Experience in analyzing project risks and pitfalls, recommending solutions
