Project overview

The project focuses on building and evolving a cloud native platform on AWS, supporting multiple applications and services across different environments. The work emphasizes automation, reliability, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and deployment processes.

Team

You will work as part of a cross functional DevOps and engineering team that includes software developers, QA engineers, and cloud specialists. The team collaborates closely using Agile practices, with shared responsibility for infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational stability.

Position overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the development and operation of cloud based platforms built on AWS. You will be involved in designing, provisioning, and maintaining infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, while collaborating closely with development and platform teams to ensure stable, scalable, and secure environments.

Technology stack

AWS, Terraform, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Docker, Kubernetes or ECS, CI CD pipelines, Git, Linux

Responsibilities

Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform
Manage and improve Infrastructure as Code practices across environments
Support deployment and operation of applications in cloud environments
Collaborate with development teams to enable reliable build and release processes
Maintain and enhance CI CD pipelines
Monitor cloud resources and support troubleshooting of infrastructure issues
Implement security best practices including access control and secrets management
Contribute to documentation of infrastructure and operational processes
Participate in continuous improvement of DevOps standards and tooling

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in a DevOps or cloud engineering role
Hands on experience with AWS services in production environments
Practical experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
Experience with CI CD tools and automated deployment pipelines
Basic experience with container technologies such as Docker
Familiarity with Linux based systems and networking fundamentals
Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
Ability to work with existing systems and follow defined operational processes

Nice to have

Experience with Kubernetes or AWS ECS
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch or Prometheus
Experience with security and compliance related configurations in AWS
Basic scripting experience using Bash or Python
