Position overview

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join a global recruitment initiative focused on building strong, sustainable talent pipelines across multiple regions.

In this role, you will collaborate with a distributed team of recruiters and hiring partners, contributing to strategic sourcing efforts and helping shape scalable, modern sourcing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage talent across the UK, US, and Germany using modern sourcing approaches
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple skill areas and markets
  • Identify candidates through market mapping, AI-driven tools, and automated sourcing workflows
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring partners to align on sourcing priorities and hiring needs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing tools, processes, and workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience sourcing talent in at least two regions, including the UK, US, and Europe
  • Ability to manage international pipelines and adapt to regional hiring specifics
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing methodologies
  • Experience sourcing IT professionals
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with consistent overlap with UK working hours

Nice to have

  • Experience working in remote and multicultural environments
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for candidate search, profiling, messaging, or workflow automation
