Project overview

This role is part of a global HR operations function that ensures consistent people processes across multiple countries. The focus is on building efficient HR administration workflows and supporting international employee mobility.

Team

You will work within a distributed HR team that includes HR managers, HR operations specialists, and people partners. The team collaborates closely with legal, finance, and international stakeholders, maintaining structured communication and shared ownership of processes.

Position overview

We are looking for an HR Manager to support and develop core HR processes within an international IT environment. You will contribute to HR administration, onboarding, relocation support, and reporting activities while collaborating with distributed teams across different regions.

Responsibilities

Manage HR administration and maintain employee documentation in line with local regulations
Organize and improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
Support relocation processes, including documentation and coordination with stakeholders
Prepare and submit quarterly reports to AIFC
Analyze and optimize existing HR workflows and procedures
Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment across regions
