Project overview

This initiative focuses on strengthening global hiring capabilities by building high quality talent pipelines across the UK, US, and European markets. The work combines traditional sourcing with modern approaches such as AI driven tools and automation to improve efficiency and reach.

You will work with a distributed team of recruiters, talent sourcers, and hiring stakeholders across multiple regions. The team operates in a collaborative and fast paced environment, sharing insights and aligning sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.

Position overview

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to support a global recruitment initiative focused on building strong IT talent pipelines across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring partners to identify, engage, and qualify candidates, while contributing to scalable and modern sourcing strategies. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening international hiring capabilities and ensuring consistent pipeline quality across markets.

This position is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates across the UK, US, and Germany using modern sourcing techniques
Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple IT skill areas
Identify candidates through market mapping, AI driven tools, and automated sourcing workflows
Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to align on sourcing priorities and hiring needs
Support continuous improvement of sourcing tools, processes, and workflows
Maintain accurate tracking of candidate pipelines and sourcing activities

Requirements

Experience sourcing talent in at least two regions among the UK, US, and Europe
Ability to manage international pipelines and adapt sourcing approaches to regional expectations
Experience using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing methodologies
Experience sourcing IT profiles across various technologies
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work with overlap with UK working hours

Nice to have

Experience working with remote and multicultural teams
Hands on experience with AI tools for candidate search, profiling, messaging, or workflow automation
Experience in US or European IT markets
