Position overview
This role is intended for candidates based in Pune who are available to work from the office.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of scalable and maintainable solutions using Java and AWS services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical architecture
- Define architecture blueprints, reference models, and design guidelines aligned with enterprise standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Java frameworks and AWS practices
- Evaluate and select AWS services to support performance, cost efficiency, and security
- Drive cloud adoption initiatives including migration, automation, and CI CD pipeline design
- Ensure alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements within solution design
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical workshops
- Support development teams in implementing scalable and cloud native solutions
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Java Lead, Technical Architect, or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Hands on experience designing and deploying applications using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, and CloudFormation
- Understanding of cloud architecture principles, microservices, and serverless design
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of security practices in cloud environments
- Experience working in agile or DevOps environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch or ELK stack
- Familiarity with CI CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CodePipeline
