Position overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist to support Onboard Services through advanced analytics and demand modeling, helping optimize the 2027 uniform purchase.

This role focuses on building data-driven demand models and delivering clear, actionable recommendations based on historical usage and replenishment data. You will work closely with non-technical business teams to translate operational needs into analytical solutions with real impact.

Responsibilities

Model uniform demand by country, garment type, and size.
Analyze historical data (2024–2025) and build planning scenarios.
Define safety stock levels and identify critical sizes.
Deliver a final analytical output with clearly documented assumptions and calculation logic.
Develop reproducible analytical datasets and models using SQL and analytical tools.
Create executive-ready summaries and visual outputs for decision-making.
Collaborate with non-technical business teams (CX, Procurement, Operations).
Promote analytical rigor while working with imperfect or incomplete data.

Requirements

Advanced SQL / BigQuery.
Excel / Google Sheets at executive level.
Experience in demand modeling, population sizing, or similar analytical problems.
Ability to structure analytical models from scratch with high autonomy.
Strong ability to translate business questions into technical variables.
Good judgment when working with imperfect or noisy data.
Strong communication skills to explain assumptions and impact clearly.
Experience working with large-scale operational data.
Fluent in Spanish.
Good spoken English (intermediate level for documentation and collaboration).
