Position overview

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong Business Intelligence expertise to join a growing AI engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of production-grade AI systems while also supporting data analytics and visualization initiatives across enterprise platforms.

You will work on modern AI solutions, including multi-agent architectures, RAG-based applications, cloud-native deployments, and scalable BI environments. The position combines hands-on AI engineering with deep involvement in reporting, analytics automation, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI/ML services and enterprise AI applications
Build and support multi-agent AI systems using modern orchestration frameworks
Develop RAG and GraphRAG solutions for enterprise knowledge management and search
Deploy and integrate AI services using AWS technologies, including Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, and S3
Design and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI and Python
Work with vector databases and knowledge graph technologies
Implement automated testing strategies, including integration and load testing
Monitor AI model performance, evaluation metrics, and token consumption optimization
Develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards, reports, and administrative processes
Automate BI workflows and reporting pipelines using Python
Optimize performance across BI platforms, SQL queries, and relational databases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, architects, and stakeholders

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Python backend development focused on AI/ML services
Experience building multi-agent AI systems; knowledge of LlamaIndex is preferred
Hands-on experience with RAG and GraphRAG architectures for enterprise applications
Strong experience with AWS services, including Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, and S3
Experience working with vector databases and knowledge graph technologies such as OpenSearch and Neptune Analytics
Solid understanding of FastAPI and RESTful API design
Experience with testing frameworks and tools, including pytest, TestContainers, and Locust
Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and token cost optimization approaches
5+ years of experience with Power BI development, optimization, and administration
3+ years of experience with Tableau development and administration
5+ years of SQL experience, including Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric environments
Experience automating BI workflows using Python, Pandas, and API-driven pipelines
Strong understanding of performance tuning across BI platforms and relational databases

Nice to have

Experience in financial services or capital markets
Knowledge of MCP server development (FastMCP)
Familiarity with A2A protocol and AI traceability concepts
Experience with async Python and microservices/API gateway patterns
Exposure to multi-modal AI models
Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
