Project overview

This project focuses on stabilizing and improving a multi site ERP system supporting manufacturing and financial operations. The work includes addressing system reliability, adapting functionality for local requirements, and extending integrations with banking and government systems.

Team

You will work in a distributed team that includes ERP developers, business analysts, and functional stakeholders across logistics, production, finance, and quality domains. The team collaborates closely with internal users and external vendors to ensure consistent system performance and ongoing improvements.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior 1C Developer to support and enhance a live 1C:Enterprise ERP implementation used in manufacturing operations across multiple sites. You will focus on system stabilization, localization adjustments, new functionality development, and integrations while working closely with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment.

Technology stack

1C Enterprise ERP World Edition, 1C BSL, Data Composition System SKD, REST, SOAP, file exchange mechanisms, client server architecture, RDP access, banking integrations, fiscal systems

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve system stability issues including runtime errors, session interruptions, and remote access problems
Fix functional defects across core ERP processes such as goods receipt and issue flows, sales opportunity product search, and access rights configuration
Adjust tax calculation logic and ensure compliance with local fiscal requirements within the ERP system
Localize and optimize reporting by removing legacy language elements and designing simplified and accurate management reports
Configure and enhance CRM functionality including opportunity pipelines, proposal generation, and customer data management
Design and implement integrations with banking systems, fiscal services, and accounting structures
Manage and prioritize backlog items and track issue resolution progress
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver improvements aligned with operational needs
Communicate with software vendors and stakeholders regarding issues, risks, and system changes

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience working with 1C ERP solutions
Experience working with 1C Enterprise ERP World Edition or international deployments is preferred
Strong development skills in 1C BSL
Experience with Data Composition System SKD for reporting
Experience configuring access rights and subsystems
Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, or file based approaches
Understanding of client server environments and ability to diagnose performance and stability issues
Experience working with RDP based system access
Working level English for documentation and communication

Nice to have

Upper intermediate English proficiency
Portuguese or Spanish language skills
Understanding of Brazilian tax and fiscal requirements such as ICMS, NF e, and SPED
Experience with CRM configuration and processes
Experience with multi entity accounting systems
