Position overview
Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support backlog management activities
- Track project progress, priorities, and delivery status
- Identify risks and propose mitigation actions
- Ensure transparency, high-quality delivery, and client satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support estimation, planning, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 10 to 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in project management
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- Hands-on experience with project planning, tracking, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with distributed multicultural teams and international clients
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Client-oriented mindset with experience in expectation management and conflict resolution
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Technical background
- Experience in pre-sales and proposal preparation
- Experience managing multiple projects and tracking implementation progress
- Experience identifying project risks and pitfalls and recommending mitigation strategies
