Project overview

You will contribute to a global Salesforce transformation within a wealth and asset management environment focused on improving investment workflows and system connectivity. The initiative enhances platform capabilities and integrates Salesforce with key external systems such as portfolio management solutions.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the evolution of a global wealth management platform. You will design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, contribute to integrations with external systems, and support data-driven workflows. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in technical decision-making.

This position requires availability aligned with the EST time zone, or at least a 4-hour overlap with EST working hours (until 1 pm EST in the EU and APAC regions).

Technology stack

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Addepar, ETL tools, CI CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, Git based source control

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows across core cloud implementations
Develop and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using APIs and middleware solutions
Implement and support CI CD pipelines, manage environment promotion across development, QA, UAT, and production
Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and contribute to maintaining coding standards and documentation quality
Support data migration, data modeling, and ETL processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve system performance and reliability

Requirements

7-10+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC and Salesforce Flows
Experience in wealth management or investment/asset management domain
Solid experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and best practices
Experience with CI/CD, SFDX, and release management
Working knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques
Experience working in agile environments and delivering solutions within sprint cycles
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
