Position overview
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and manage requirements through the full project lifecycle
- Write user stories and user acceptance specifications
- Take an active part in daily communications with stakeholders and other team representatives
- Collecting business requirements to formulate the problems to solve
- Creating detailed requirements for the development team to implement
- Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to form requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working as a business analyst
- Strong knowledge of business analysis and requirements management
- Leverage understanding of asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives), investment strategies, and wealth management operations to provide informed analysis and recommendations.
- Skills in analyzing and documenting requirements, requirements management, and modeling
- Skills in managing requirements throughout the project, knowledge of the main models of the project's life cycle
- Ability to skillfully convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirements
- Experience in supporting sales during the RFI/RFP stage and discovery phase
- Good spoken English
