Position overview

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join a global recruitment initiative focused on building strong, sustainable talent pipelines across multiple regions.

In this role, you will collaborate with a distributed team of recruiters and hiring partners, contributing to strategic sourcing efforts and helping shape scalable, modern sourcing practices.

Responsibilities

Source and engage talent across the UK, US, and Germany using modern sourcing approaches
Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple skill areas and markets
Identify candidates through market mapping, AI-driven tools, and automated sourcing workflows
Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring partners to align on sourcing priorities and hiring needs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing tools, processes, and workflows

Requirements

Proven experience sourcing talent in at least two regions, including the UK, US, and Europe
Ability to manage international pipelines and adapt to regional hiring specifics
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing methodologies
Experience sourcing IT professionals
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work with consistent overlap with UK working hours

Nice to have

Experience working in remote and multicultural environments
Hands-on experience with AI tools for candidate search, profiling, messaging, or workflow automation
