Client

Our client is a global travel-tech company providing corporate and leisure travel services worldwide.

Project overview

The client currently utilizes SAP Compleat as a mid-office automation platform. Platform is deeply integrated with GDS systems and supports complex travel workflows. SAP Compleat enforces quality assurance, applies fare and policy checks, manages PNR enrichment, and routes tasks into queues for agents. This role focuses on business-as-usual support and incremental enhancements to keep the existing solution stable and efficient.

Position overview

We are seeking an experienced Compleat Developer to maintain, optimize, and extend Compleat routines and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Compleat configuration and a solid understanding of travel processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze, build, and maintain SAP Compleat routines and workflow rules (e.g., pre-ticketing checks, file finishing, quality control and more).
Implement and optimize PNR processing logic, including queue management and task routing.
Collaborate with business teams to translate travel policies into automated rules.
Troubleshoot routine failures, resolve data inconsistencies, and ensure high system availability.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Compleat configuration: workflows, rules, validations, and dictionaries.
Strong understanding of GDS queue structures and PNR lifecycle.
Ability to read existing routines and identify optimization opportunities.
Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
