Position overview
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using .NET and React
- Develop scalable APIs and services supporting millions of users and transactions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Improve the internal interoperability platform and ETL processes with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with modern technologies including React, C#, AWS, microservices, SQL, and cloud-native services
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with React.js
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development practices
- Strong experience with .NET / C#
- Experience working with AWS cloud services
- Experience using Claude as part of the software engineering workflow for development, debugging, testing, code review, and productivity improvement
- Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices
- Experience with unit testing and code refactoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English for daily communication in a distributed team
Nice to have
- Good knowledge of T-SQL
- Experience building and supporting large-scale distributed systems
- Experience working with healthcare systems or healthcare technology platforms
- Industry-specific education
