Project overview

The CRM Platform project focuses on supporting and evolving a cloud based CRM ecosystem used for business operations, integrations, and data driven decision making. The project emphasizes requirement management, process optimization, and close collaboration between business and technology teams to deliver scalable CRM capabilities.

Team

You will be part of a cross functional delivery team that includes business analysts, developers, and project managers. The team collaborates closely using agile practices and works across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment of CRM functionality and integrations.

Position overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands on Salesforce CRM experience to support requirement gathering, analysis, and delivery of CRM related enhancements. You will work closely with business sponsors, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs.

Technology stack

Salesforce CRM, AI productivity tools including GPT based assistants, SQL, system integration tools, REST APIs, agile project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM functionality, system integrations, and data mapping
  • Write clear business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
  • Work independently with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionality and manage the product backlog
  • Act as the first point of contact for new enhancement requests and assess alignment with existing capabilities
  • Translate business requests into documented requirements for new CRM features or improvements
  • Coordinate with analysts and project managers across workstreams to manage cross system process and integration changes
  • Provide process support to simplify, standardize, and document business workflows
  • Apply agile delivery practices including participation in ceremonies, planning, and backlog refinement
  • Use AI based tools to support story writing, documentation, and analysis activities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience gathering requirements for CRM systems including integrations and data mapping
  • Proven experience writing business requirements and user stories
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and product owners
  • Experience supporting agile delivery processes and project ceremonies
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in Private Equity or financial services
  • Experience working with multiple integrated enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with data driven process optimization
  • Exposure to automation or advanced documentation tools
  • Experience supporting complex or regulated environments
