Project overview

The product is a collaborative learning platform combining LMS and LXP capabilities, enabling organizations to create, deliver, and manage training programs at scale. The team works within the Integrations Squad and focuses on customer implementations, platform configuration, and system integrations with client-side HR and learning ecosystems.

Position overview

We are looking for a Project Manager (Implementation Manager) to lead end-to-end platform implementation projects for enterprise customers.

The role combines project delivery, customer coordination, platform configuration, and integration oversight. You will act as the primary customer-facing project lead, drive milestones and timelines, ensure deliverable acceptance, and coordinate technical and functional implementation activities through go-live and handover to Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers
  • Run project kick-off meetings and define project scope, timeline, and milestones
  • Coordinate daily project activities, including planning, tracking, and risk management
  • Act as the primary customer-facing contact throughout implementation and go-live
  • Coordinate platform configuration activities with technical specialists
  • Oversee API and connector integrations with customer HR tools
  • Support customer testing and prepare production deployment packages
  • Facilitate validation and sign off for project milestones and deliverables
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status updates
  • Transfer completed projects to Customer Success teams

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or enterprise software implementation
  • Experience in customer-facing delivery roles
  • Hands-on experience with project planning, coordination, and risk management
  • Experience with project tracking tools such as monday dot com or similar
  • Background coordinating API integrations, connector setups, or data mapping
  • Experience running functional workshops and gathering configuration requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel
  • Structured and proactive working style with attention to detail
  • Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with LMS LXP EdTech or HRTech platforms
  • Background in integrations or platform configuration projects
  • Technical understanding of APIs
  • Experience supporting UAT and go-live phases
  • Experience in consulting or solution implementation services
