The project you applied for requires a background screening process by a competent third party. To complete the process DataArt will provide your personal data to our partner Certn (UK) Ltd. https://credence.co.uk.
Personal data provided to Credence:
- First and last name;
- Contact information.
Certn’s privacy policy and terms are available on https://credence.co.uk and Certn will additionally request your Consent prior to commencing the background screening checks.
How to withdraw your consent
You can withdraw this consent at any time, and we will ask Certn to stop screening and delete your data. You can do this by sending withdrawal request to privacy@dataart.com.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
- obtain a copy of your data on request;
- require DataArt to change incorrect or incomplete data;
- require DataArt to delete or stop processing your data;
- object to the processing of your data where DataArt is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing.
