At DataArt, colleagues can choose from three workplace options, all of which offer equal opportunities for growth.

Work from the office

You work regularly at one of DataArt’s development centers. You’ll have a dedicated desk and computer—just bring a photo of your cat and your favorite cactus.

FAQ

What is the difference between working remotely and working from home?

If you live in a city with a DataArt development center, you still have the option to work from home. Remote work usually refers to working from a location where there is no nearby DataArt office.

What’s the difference between working remotely and working from the office?

At DataArt, we want to be flexible and make sure remote workers have the same opportunities as those in the office. Here are some benefits of working with DataArt.

Can remote colleagues visit DataArt offices?

Absolutely! You can visit a DataArt office if you’re in a city with a company development center. Just get in touch with the office manager to arrange access. If your project requires your in-person presence, DataArt can arrange a business trip for you.

Do I have to use my own computer for remote work?

You can work from your own device, or we can provide you with a corporate laptop or assist you in obtaining one. In all cases, the computer will be enrolled in DataArt systems by our helpful sysadmin team.

Can I combine remote work at DataArt with work for another company or freelance?

DataArt offers permanent positions and expects to be your sole employer.

Do I need to come to the DataArt office to sign a contract?

No, you don’t need to visit the office. We can send all documents via email, and if required by law, we can also send them by regular mail.

In which countries does DataArt offer remote work?

You can work with DataArt from most countries around the world, but you must have the legal right to live and work in your current country of residence. Additionally, many clients can only engage individuals from specific countries due to legal, compliance, and tax-related reasons, making your location an important factor to consider.

Can I change my work format later? For example, switch from remote to hybrid with occasional office visits?

Of course, you can switch, if there is a DataArt office in your city.

If I choose a hybrid format, how often do I need to come to the office?

The frequency of your office visits is determined individually in agreement with your project.

Hello

What Our Colleagues Say

🌟 Grateful for a Career‑Changing Journey at DataArt After 7+ years in IT, I’m convinced that a tech company’s greatest asset is the culture its people create. My recent pivot into Data Engineering at DataArt proved how strategic investment in talent can rewrite a career trajectory. Data & Art truly do belong together.

What makes DataArt exceptional:

✓ Knowledge ecosystem & peer support – an expert is always a message away when a complex client challenge appears.
✓ Culture of trust & openness – clear roles, transparent goals → outcomes that consistently exceed expectations.
✓ Data Engineering growth track – structured mentorship + fair, rigorous assessments = a launchpad for progress.
This transition tested my professional maturity, and the team’s backing was priceless. We each own our development, yet a strong community multiplies every effort.

11 years? Wait, what am I saying – it’s actually my 5th anniversary at #DataArt!
My mind jumped to 11, probably because these years have been so intense and rewarding. This mix-up got me thinking about the journey – the ‘how,’ the ‘why,’ and even the ‘wow.’
These five years flew by with their fair share of #challenges, #wins, #funny moments, and #memorable experiences. We’ve grown, struggled, celebrated, and learned together.

It's been 7 years since I joined DataArt. Oh, Mom! That's a lot of time and energy. And countless events, ideas realized and messages 😉 sent. It is also a huge number of valuable relationships that have been created and are still being created. I can't even name them all, but I'm extremely grateful 💜 for each of them Thank you for your trust and I'm moving on.

5 years! Is it a lot or a little? To me personally, it’s a lot! But when I see people are celebrating 10, 20+ years at DataArt, my anniversary doesn’t look that impressive :) So why do people choose to spend a significant part of their careers at the same company, at DataArt? I can’t answer for everyone, of course. For me, being a part of DataArt is to enjoy our people-first culture that makes you feel valued and treated with respect, despite your role. Being a part of DataArt is to contribute to the success together, like a team. Being a part of DataArt is to help and support each other, like a family. Still hesitating? Give it a try! :)
