Project overview

DataArt is partnering with a leading travel company to modernize and streamline its technology ecosystem. This initiative aims to decouple the frontend user experience from the existing backend booking engine, allowing the company to build and own mission-critical technologies while improving agility in a rapidly evolving travel industry.

Position overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective collaboration between business stakeholders and the project team
  • Analyze current business processes and define operational and business objectives
  • Document and manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in planning sessions, conflict resolution, and risk assessments
  • Verify that delivered products meet documented requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira
  • Solid understanding of business processes and operations
  • Experience in querying and analyzing data using relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating effective collaboration between clients and project teams
