What Makes DataArt Different From Other Remote Tech Employers?

The vacancies you will find on this page and more vacancies with the “remote” tag on dataart.team allow a fully remote workplace.

DataArt offers different workplace options: office-based, hybrid, and remote. The exact format depends on the role, project, location, and client requirements. Remote work is available when the project allows it, and DataArt states that all workplace options offer equal opportunities for growth.

Usually, remote colleagues do not need to visit the office regularly. If you are in a city with a DataArt development center, you may visit the office by arranging access with the office manager. If a project requires in-person presence, DataArt can arrange a business trip.

DataArt operates in 50+ remote and onsite official locations, colleagues can also enjoy a workation benefit of short-term traveling and working from most countries around the world, provided legal and compliance criteria are met. You must have the legal right to live and work in your current country of residence.

This should be confirmed with the recruiter for the specific role. DataArt allows remote work from many countries, but location may be limited by legal, compliance, tax, client, or contract requirements.

The schedule depends on the project and client. Some vacancies may require alignment with a specific time zone.

DataArt promotes flexibility as part of its work culture, but the practical schedule depends on the role, project team, and client needs. Some roles may offer flexible hours, while others require defined overlap with a client or delivery team.

Possibly. Some projects require overlap with a client’s or team’s working hours. The specific time-zone expectation should be discussed during the recruitment process and checked in the vacancy description.

Some roles may involve business travel, but this is project specific. If a project requires in-person presence, DataArt can arrange a business trip.

The frequency depends on the project, client, and role. This is not defined as a universal rule, so you should confirm it with the recruiter and project team during the interview process.

The contract type may vary by country, role, and local legal setup. The benefits package may also vary depending on the region and type of contract, so this should be confirmed for each vacancy.

The salary range should be confirmed with the recruiter for the specific vacancy, location, seniority level, and contract type.

Yes. Our colleagues can receive a corporate laptop, get support in obtaining one, or use their own device, depending on the arrangement.

Yes. DataArt helps remote colleagues set up their workspace and ensures a secure connection. Devices used for work are enrolled in DataArt systems, the security setup is part of the onboarding process.

DataArt is using the Global Total Rewards Framework that reflects the company’s commitment to valuing and supporting colleagues through a balanced system of competitive pay, professional growth opportunities, and comprehensive wellbeing and recognition programs. It ensures reward decisions are data-driven, locally relevant, and aligned with business outcomes while fostering long-term partnership and career development.

Benefits include but not limited to vacation, health insurance support, sick pay, time off for state holidays, pleasant work environment, corporate get-togethers, technical support, mental health and wellbeing programs, referral programs, corporate laptops and tech support, parental leave, and career development support.

As local legislation and contracts might vary, specific benefits package may vary by region and contract type, so candidates should confirm the local package during recruitment.

This depends on the project, client, and role. If on-call duties, overtime, or work outside standard hours are expected, this will be clearly stated during the recruitment process as well as our rules on paid overtime and a flexible schedule that may allow people to work more or less than 40 hours a week, depending on arrangements. The exact expectations, approval process, and compensation model should be confirmed with your recruiter for the specific vacancy.

We offer to join a great company, not merely an individual project. We provide flexible career paths, mentoring, professional development, and internal upskilling opportunities that should help you with project-transition or internal reallocation process when thev project ends or you choose to change it.

DataArt offers permanent positions and expects to be your sole employer. Any outside work should therefore be discussed openly with the recruiter before accepting an offer.
