Responsibilities
- Conduct process discovery across regions and functions to identify automation opportunities, inefficiencies, duplication, and operational bottlenecks
- Document current state and target state workflows, business rules, ownership models, and dependencies
- Assess whether automation opportunities should be delivered globally, regionally, routed to platform teams, or treated as temporary bridge solutions
- Build and maintain a global automation inventory including ownership, scope, status, dependencies, value potential, and run models
- Identify overlapping or duplicated automation initiatives and support rationalization recommendations
- Apply automation intake governance criteria covering reuse potential, target state alignment, ownership clarity, operating model fit, and value economics
- Prepare clear routing and governance recommendations for new automation requests
- Support value baselining by analyzing effort, volume, cycle time, error rates, and touchpoints
- Partner with finance, operations, and product stakeholders to support benefit tracking and value realization reporting
- Coordinate with regional operations and technology teams to clarify ownership, readiness, and scalability constraints
- Maintain consistent documentation standards including process maps, intake assessments, decision records, and governance artifacts
- Translate complex operational analysis into decision ready recommendations for leadership and governance forums
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, operations analysis, automation, or transformation roles
- Experience documenting current state and target state processes, business rules, ownership models, and operational dependencies
- Ability to assess process improvement opportunities using value, feasibility, scalability, and operating model criteria
- Experience working across operations, technology, product, and governance stakeholders in global or federated environments
- Experience operating in agile, hybrid, or matrixed delivery models with shared ownership and complex handoffs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present structured recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Nice to have
- Experience with automation portfolios, workflow automation, or process mining initiatives
- Familiarity with intake governance models, portfolio routing, and benefit tracking practices
- Exposure to AI platforms, automation tools, data platforms, or enterprise technology transformation programs
- Experience in global operations, shared services, travel, SaaS, or customer service environments
- Lean, Six Sigma, CBAP, PMI PBA, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications
