This project focuses on developing and enhancing enterprise scale investment management platforms used across global financial operations. The solutions are built using modern cloud native technologies with a strong emphasis on integrations, scalability, and engineering best practices.

Position overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a team working on enterprise scale investment management platforms. The solutions are based on a combination of React, Spring Boot, MuleSoft, and AWS technologies, with a strong focus on integrations, cloud native deployment, and modern software engineering practices.

In this role, you will work hands on across both frontend and backend components, contribute to integration initiatives, and take part in the full software delivery lifecycle, including testing, CI CD, and production support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full stack features across React based frontend and Spring Boot backend services
  • Build and consume REST APIs to support system integrations and data exchange
  • Collaborate with integration teams to implement solutions using MuleSoft or similar platforms
  • Participate in system design discussions aligned with microservices architecture principles
  • Write clean and maintainable code following SOLID principles and best practices
  • Contribute to CI CD pipelines and improve delivery workflows
  • Implement and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality
  • Work with Git based version control and participate in collaborative development processes
  • Support production activities including issue investigation and resolution
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot
  • Practical experience with React and modern frontend development
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Experience working with AWS environments including EKS, Aurora, and cloud native services
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
  • Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and software design best practices
  • Experience with CI CD pipelines
  • Experience writing and maintaining unit tests and integration tests
  • Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Experience working in Agile teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with Bitbucket
  • Experience working in trunk based development
  • Experience with Flyway or other database migration tools
  • Exposure to AWS container platforms such as EKS
  • Basic knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium
  • Experience with AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Amazon Q
  • Exposure to generative AI and large language model based solutions
  • Experience in financial services or asset management domain
