Project overview

You will contribute to an AI Transformation Platform focused on building intelligent capabilities that enhance business processes and digital experiences. The project emphasizes scalable machine learning, generative AI, and enterprise grade large language model integrations across modern cloud environments.

Team

You will work in a small and collaborative team of 1 to 10 specialists. The team is expanding and works closely with data engineers, product stakeholders, and cloud specialists to deliver production ready AI solutions.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior AI ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that support business transformation and automation. You will work across the full lifecycle of AI systems, including data preparation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization in production environments.

AWS, SageMaker, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Microservices, REST API

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models including large language model based solutions and retrieval augmented generation pipelines
  • Develop scalable AI services and microservices using Python and cloud native technologies
  • Optimize models to improve performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets for feature engineering, vectorization, and model training
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference processes
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams on data ingestion, storage, and governance practices
  • Implement CI and CD pipelines for machine learning models and manage model lifecycle processes
  • Monitor model performance, identify drift, and apply retraining strategies
  • Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms
  • Design and implement retrieval augmented generation architectures using vector databases
  • Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and responsible AI standards
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Prepare proofs of concept, demonstrations, and conceptual designs

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NumPy and Pandas
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Hands on experience with large language models and generative AI platforms
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts including natural language processing, embeddings, and model evaluation
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Experience with MLOps tools such as SageMaker or similar platforms
  • Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems

Nice to have

  • Experience designing retrieval augmented generation architectures
  • Familiarity with serverless computing services
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools for AI systems
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices
  • Experience building proofs of concept and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders
