Position overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to define and drive the technical direction of the organization’s AI Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will shape scalable and secure AI solutions, establish reusable architecture patterns, and guide the adoption of enterprise AI capabilities across teams. You will work closely with engineering, product, data, security, and compliance stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business goals, governance standards, and Responsible AI principles.

This role is intended for Pune based candidates who are available to work from the office.

Technology stack

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the architecture and technical direction of the AI Center of Excellence
  • Design and promote reusable architecture patterns for RAG pipelines, AI agents, SaaS based AI solutions, and LLM integrations
  • Oversee the development of scalable and secure AI solutions from pilot to production
  • Ensure interoperability with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and internal systems
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with governance and Responsible AI standards
  • Drive adoption of AI best practices, architecture standards, and reusable components
  • Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of AI initiatives
  • Guide teams in evaluating and prioritizing AI use cases aligned with business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of AI CoE frameworks, standards, and operating models
  • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with enterprise strategy

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise AI architecture with a focus on scalable and secure platforms
  • Hands on experience with LLM platforms and agent frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure or AWS
  • Understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and platform ecosystems
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architecture decisions across teams
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience working within an AI Center of Excellence or large scale AI transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to Responsible AI, governance, and security frameworks
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or enterprise data platforms
  • Experience guiding both architecture decisions and delivery teams
