This project focuses on building a scalable enterprise AI practice that enables business teams to effectively adopt and leverage modern AI capabilities. The AI Adoption Lead / AI Evangelist will help define and execute the organization's AI strategy, identify high-value use cases, and establish the governance, frameworks, and processes needed to drive responsible AI adoption and measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to build a modern AI-powered organization while ensuring responsible, secure, and impactful adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant who will act as an AI Adoption Lead embedded within a client organization. You will drive AI strategy, define roadmaps, and support the delivery of impactful AI solutions while enabling sustainable adoption. This role combines strategic advisory, technical expertise, and change leadership to accelerate AI driven transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary AI consultant within the organization and identify opportunities for AI driven innovation
  • Develop and execute AI strategy aligned with business goals and transformation priorities
  • Assess, prioritize, and define roadmaps for AI initiatives across business units
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and deliver AI solutions
  • Provide guidance on technologies such as large language models, retrieval augmented generation, and AI agents
  • Ensure solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and responsible AI principles
  • Mentor team members and support development of internal AI capabilities
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to promote AI adoption
  • Communicate progress, risks, and value of AI initiatives to stakeholders and leadership
  • Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI frameworks
  • Establish governance frameworks, usage policies, and guardrails for AI adoption
  • Support transition to AI augmented and agent based software development practices
  • Drive change management efforts across teams adopting AI technologies

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in AI consulting, solution architecture, or related roles
  • Experience delivering AI initiatives from ideation through implementation in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of AI and ML concepts including large language models, NLP, computer vision, and retrieval augmented systems
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
  • Hands on collaboration with development teams and data scientists
  • Proficiency with Python and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Understanding of MLOps practices including deployment, monitoring, and CI CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and governance principles
  • Experience designing and delivering AI enablement or training programs
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex and fast moving environments
  • Understanding of AI driven software development lifecycle and agent based methodologies

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel
  • Experience with vector databases and retrieval infrastructure
  • Exposure to agent based workflows and AI augmented delivery models
  • Experience contributing to pre sales or business development activities
  • Background in Travel and Hospitality domain
  • Experience with AI governance, compliance, or risk management frameworks
  • Published articles, presentations, or contributions to AI thought leadership
