  • Provide consistent information relating to the accountability and collaboration of the combined teams.
  • Ensure all releases and maintenance efforts are communicated and that roles and responsibilities are documented to avoid delays or work impacts across multiple environments.
  • Ensure better people engagement by helping teams collaborate more effectively, removing obstacles, providing a unified vision, and addressing risks early.
  • Work with Consultants, Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Work with teams on overall process improvements, health check monitoring, and reinforcing a collaborative culture.
  • Help manage risks and dependencies, and escalate and track impediments.
  • Foster collaboration on major initiatives that require coordinated efforts from multiple teams and help break down silos.
  • Help teams solve problems that are outside their boundaries, such as insufficient capacity or a lack of specific skill sets within the team.
