Project overview

The TechOps Platform project focuses on building and evolving scalable cloud services that support enterprise wide operations and internal customers across multiple regions. The product emphasizes reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement of IT services.

Team

You will work within a cross functional product team that includes software engineers, delivery managers, solution architects, and fellow product owners. The team collaborates closely with business stakeholders and operates in an agile environment with shared ownership of outcomes and clear communication.

Position overview

We are looking for a Product Owner who will design, shape, and deliver high quality IT services for a global organization. In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for a TechOps focused product group and ensure cloud based solutions deliver measurable business value and an improved customer experience.

AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Office 365, Jira, Confluence, Agile delivery frameworks, cloud infrastructure services

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into structured product requirements
  • Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, and dependencies
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that are understood by the delivery team
  • Work closely with development teams during planning and delivery to provide direction and clarification
  • Review completed work and accept deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and quality standards
  • Track and report on product performance and progress toward strategic goals
  • Collect and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to guide future product decisions
  • Identify and resolve blockers and conflicts that impact delivery
  • Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations related to supported products

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recent experience in a Product Owner role
  • 3+ years of experience working in an agile environment with an agile mindset
  • Strong experience in stakeholder communication and expectation management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and coordinate work across teams
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Ability to read architecture diagrams and break down infrastructure initiatives into user stories
  • Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Product management or agile certifications
  • Experience working in large scale or globally distributed environments
  • Exposure to IT operations or platform based products
