Position overview
The estimated salary range for the position is up to 95,000 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks early.
- Design and execute manual test cases for web applications and user interfaces.
- Validate user flows, usability, and overall user experience.
- Validate applications against accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG guidelines).
- Identify issues and collaborate with teams to improve usability for all users.
- Execute end-to-end scenarios across frontend and backend systems.
- Validate interactions between UI, APIs, and integrated services.
- Perform basic API validation using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate data consistency through database checks when needed.
- Identify and document defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues collaboratively.
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing.
- Provide demos of tested features to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to a team-oriented quality culture focused on shared outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in manual QA / software testing.
- Strong experience testing web applications and frontend user flows.
- Experience with requirements analysis and validation.
- Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG or similar).
- Experience executing end-to-end and functional testing scenarios.
- Basic experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar).
- Experience working with databases (SQL for validation purposes).
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, qTest, or similar).
- Familiarity with cross-browser testing and responsive design validation.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Experience in mobile accessibility testing.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Exposure to test automation tools.
