Project overview

You will contribute to a large scale digital banking platform designed to deliver secure, high performance financial services to millions of users. The project focuses on modernizing customer facing applications and backend services to improve scalability and user experience.

Position overview

We are looking for a Full-stack (React and Java, AWS with basic Python) to design, build, and maintain robust and scalable applications. You will work across frontend and backend layers, contributing to high quality solutions that prioritize performance, security, and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable full stack applications with a focus on performance and usability
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Python technologies
  • Develop responsive and high quality frontend interfaces using React and modern JavaScript
  • Ensure application performance through load balancing, performance testing, and benchmarking
  • Contribute to CI CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing activities

Requirements

  • Strong Expertise in full stack development with strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Strong Expertise working with backend technologies such as Java Spring Boot
  • Experience in Python.
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API design
  • Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Amazon RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI CD pipelines using GitLab CI CD or AWS CodePipeline
  • Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
  • Familiarity with development and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Nice to have

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code practices
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to financial services or banking platforms
