Position overview

You will partner closely with investor relations, marketing, compliance, data, and technology teams to design and implement scalable automation solutions for content production and approval workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with investor relations, marketing, compliance, data, and technology stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements
  • Translate business needs into structured documentation including user stories, data mappings, workflow definitions, and acceptance criteria
  • Design automation solutions for investor relations materials including pitchbooks, fund factsheets, and reporting outputs
  • Break down manual content creation processes into repeatable automation components with clear data inputs, business rules, and exception handling
  • Define template logic, content personalization rules, tagging structures, and approval workflows
  • Coordinate with offshore developers and configuration teams by providing clear specifications and ongoing support during implementation
  • Validate system outputs and ensure alignment with business expectations and compliance requirements
  • Support quality assurance activities including data validation, version control, and audit readiness
  • Drive continuous improvement of automation processes and identify opportunities for further optimization

Requirements

  • Experience as a business analyst in a business facing environment
  • Ability to work directly with investor relations, marketing, compliance, data, and technology stakeholders
  • Knowledge of private equity and investor relations materials such as pitchbooks, fund factsheets, LP reporting, fundraising materials, and performance reporting
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications including workflows and data mappings
  • Understanding of content automation platforms and dynamic template configuration
  • Experience with Seismic, LiveDocs, or similar content enablement tools
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams and managing handoffs
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy, compliance, and quality control
  • Ability to document processes clearly and support validation and testing activities

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services or asset management environments
  • Familiarity with compliance driven content production and approval processes
  • Experience in workflow optimization and process reengineering
  • Understanding of data governance and audit requirements
