You will work across a cloud‑native architecture, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to solve complex technical challenges, improve system reliability, and drive technical excellence.

Technology stack
APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL
Data Stores: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (AppSync, Lambda), Serverless, Terraform, Datadog
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions using JavaScript / TypeScript
- Lead technical decisions in Node.js backend development and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React)
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and security issues across complex systems
- Participate in and drive code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical improvements
- Improve system observability, monitoring, logging, and error handling
- Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js
- 2+ years of experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g. React)
- Experience with database technologies (ideally NoSQl DBs and MongoDB)
- Experience deploying production systems in the cloud (AWS)
- Experience (professional or personal) with using and integrating the latest AI coding technologies: e.g., LLMs, Model Context Protocol, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
- Strong problem - solving ability and experience working within complex systems and large code bases
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a self-driven way
