Assigned projects will vary depending on client needs both current and upcoming. Project details will be provided upon assignment. The Project Manager is expected to quickly assimilate into new contexts, understand objectives, and set up effective delivery processes.

Position overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple software projects throughout their full lifecycle. Serving as a key liaison between clients and cross‑functional teams, the Project Manager will implement best practices to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with business goals.

The role also requires a strong focus on team leadership fostering collaboration, supporting team members’ professional growth, and maintaining overall team well‑being.

This position is part of a bench offer, meaning the selected candidate should be ready to quickly onboard into new or ongoing client projects, rapidly understand project goals, and establish efficient delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage end‑to‑end project delivery.
  • Lead and support project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Define and oversee project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and risks.
  • Coordinate across engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication among all project participants.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) where applicable.
  • Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure project alignment with client expectations and strategic business goals.
  • Contribute to sales support activities during bench periods and evaluate project fit for the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing software development projects.
  • Strong experience leading and supporting teams with a people‑first mindset.
  • Prior hands‑on background in software development or a related technical role (developer background preferred).
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, technical concepts, and modern project management practices.
  • Skilled at managing cross‑functional teams and navigating competing priorities.
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and contemporary project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Adaptability to dynamic and fast‑changing environments.
  • Strong client‑orientation and commitment to successful project delivery.

Nice to have

  • Experience participating in pre‑sales activities and preparing commercial proposals.
  • Ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts.
