This project is focused on building and evolving digital products where accessibility, responsiveness, and performance are essential. The team works on scalable web interfaces designed to handle high traffic and support personalization while maintaining long term maintainability.

You will collaborate with frontend specialists, backend engineers, UX and UI designers, business experts, and delivery teams. The team follows Agile practices and maintains a transparent and cooperative working environment.

Position overview

We are looking for a Middle Frontend Engineer with React experience who enjoys building accessible and high performance interfaces. You will work on scalable UI components, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to improving the quality and maintainability of the frontend codebase. This person will work with autonomy within defined guidelines and participate actively in technical discussions.

Technology stack

React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Next.js, Webpack, Design Systems, REST APIs, automated testing tools, Git, CI CD pipelines, cloud environments

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop frontend applications using software engineering best practices
  • Build maintainable UI components with React and modern JavaScript
  • Implement accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG guidelines
  • Apply performance optimizations to enhance rendering speed and user experience
  • Collaborate with business experts, UX and UI designers, and backend engineers
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • Design and execute unit and integration tests for frontend components
  • Work with delivery teams and support CI CD pipeline activities
  • Deploy frontend solutions in cloud environments considering scalability and reliability
  • Monitor frontend performance and help resolve production issues
  • Document solutions and share knowledge with the team
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies

Requirements

  • Experience with React and modern JavaScript
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Experience with Next.js and frontend build tools such as Webpack
  • Familiarity with Design Systems and component based architectures
  • Experience consuming REST APIs
  • Experience writing automated frontend tests
  • Proficiency with Git
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Autonomy aligned with team goals
  • Focus on user experience quality and accessibility
  • Proactive approach and continuous learning mindset
  • Clear communication and teamwork
  • Fluency in Spanish and good spoken English for documentation and collaboration
