Team

You will work as part of a cross functional Salesforce team that includes administrators, developers, QA specialists, and business representatives. The team collaborates closely in an Agile delivery model with regular planning, reviews, and alignment on priorities.

Position overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator (Mid-Level) to support the configuration and day-to-day evolution of Salesforce across Sales and Marketing domains. The role focuses on platform configuration, data handling, and support activities, working closely with developers, QA, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with existing systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvements under guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and standard and custom objects
  • Implement configuration changes based on defined requirements and guidance from senior team members
  • Ensure platform consistency, usability, and alignment with established standards
  • Support understanding of business requirements and help translate them into Salesforce configurations
  • Identify potential gaps or inconsistencies in requirements and raise them to senior team members
  • Support data maintenance, data quality checks, and validation activities
  • Assist with data migration related tasks and troubleshooting data issues
  • Collaborate with developers to support implementations, testing, and release activities
  • Validate system behavior and configuration changes during testing phases
  • Provide support for platform related issues and incoming requests
  • Contribute to incremental improvements in system usage and internal processes
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations and changes

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce configuration including Flows, objects, validation rules, and layouts
  • Basic understanding of Sales and or Marketing business processes
  • Experience with data management and data validation activities
  • Ability to work with existing systems and follow defined operational processes
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • English at intermediate working level

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Salesforce integrations or data migration activities
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Basic understanding of Apex or Salesforce development concepts
  • Experience working on projects in the hospitality or travel industry
