Project overview

The program aims to consolidate multiple country-specific platforms into unified global solutions, including CRM (Salesforce), operational back-office systems, and other core business applications.

Delivery is structured in waves, where each wave includes the rollout and migration of a defined set of countries. The program has been running for several years and involves continuous evolution, integration, and standardization of processes and systems across regions.

This is a high-impact initiative with strong visibility, requiring coordination across business, operations, and technology teams globally.

Team

You will work with cross-functional and distributed teams across multiple geographies, including software engineers, QA specialists, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders. Each wave requires close coordination between global program leadership and local country teams to ensure successful adoption, data migration, and platform rollout.

Position overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives within a large-scale global program focused on unifying digital and operational platforms across multiple countries. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-regional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business and technology objectives in a multi-year transformation context.

Technology stack

Jira, Confluence, MS Project (or similar planning tools), Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, collaboration tools (Slack, Teams)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of platform consolidation waves, including planning, execution, and rollout across multiple countries
  • Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies in a multi-workstream environment
  • Coordinate global and local stakeholders (business, operations, IT) to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • Drive data migration, system integration, and platform adoption activities across regions
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to delivery frameworks
  • Monitor progress across waves, proactively identifying risks and removing blockers
  • Provide clear and structured reporting to senior stakeholders and program leadership
  • Ensure consistency in delivery standards, processes, and governance across countries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of program delivery practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in large-scale, multi-country transformation programs
  • Strong experience managing complex system migrations, platform consolidation, or rollout programs
  • Solid understanding of agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and phased deliveries (wave-based approach)
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data migration, and enterprise platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced level of English

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce implementations or multi-org consolidations
  • Background in global delivery models or large enterprise transformations
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or high-volume transactional environments
